Affidavit
Applying for pio, but have been requested to get affidavit by hci as Indian passport is not available.
Does the affidavit have to be prepared by any solicitor or a notary?
Also what wording is required?

Affidavit For Naturalisation
My niece studying in UK got an Irish passport on the basis of her Father’s Irish Birth Certificate.
When she applied for a Surrender Certificate she was asked for a naturalisation certificate.
She does not have one and only the Birth Certificate.
Her parents are Indian residing in India.
Can some affidavit be provided for this?
